Hey guys, we’re closing in on the BIG day! As we approach our launch date we’re giving you one final lesson on keel repair from two clueless noobs who have never done one before, so take out your contacts and watch from a distance- ’cause she ain’t gonna be pretty, but if you squint it’s mint!

In this episode we finish up the fiberglass work in our bilges and fair and paint the keel as we wrap up our time in the boatyard.

Sailing SV Flow - 2 people, 4 dogs, 0 experience We’re just a couple of middle-aged empty-nesters who are slightly prone to “Oooh-Shiny” Syndrome and sometimes lack the good sense to back down from a challenge. Granted, no one has ever accused us of leading boring lives; crazy, maybe, but not boring. We don’t do sweet, sane life-in-a-box. We do live in a near constant state of chaos, but chaos has become our friend and our mentor. Now we’ve really jumped off the deep end (pun definitely intended) and are taking on our biggest challenge yet- we are setting out on a circumnavigation of the globe in our 45' sailboat with our four dogs as unwitting accomplices. This new adventure promises to shape and mold our lives in ways we’ve only imagined. We invite you to follow along with us as we turn the page on this new chapter.
