CARPET UNDER OUR BOAT - Will we do it again 😳

Join us in this special episode with a lot of technical sailing information. After more than 20 months it is time to clean the hull, with our eco-friendly hull wrap and to see how the Finsulate is doing. Will, it hold or not? In 2020 we choose an eco-friendly hull wrap for our sailboat. A start-up and of course has some risks and consequences. In this episode, we show you the process of cleaning the hull, another boat job that needs to be done. And again, we found an eco-friendly way to do it. We found underwater cleaning Tivat who developed a new technique in the hull cleaning process. It is an underwater hull cleaning sail boat process that uses cavity and cavitation technology.

Overall we are still satisfied. We do believe that where and how often you sail has a big impact on how the product works. There are areas where the growth is times 10 to the Mediterranean and has totally different biodiversity.

In the beginning, it was a one-man’s show, and the inventor operated the whole business by himself. That means production, development, sales, customer service, etc. Not ideal and slow responding times, typical for a startup in the first phase. They are currently expanding, and we asked them to be very active in the comments.
