Land After 20 Days at Sea — We Finally Made It
After 20 days at sea, we finally saw land.
The Atlantic crossing came to an end with a feeling that’s hard to describe — relief, disbelief, and the quiet realization that the journey was actually over. After weeks of nothing but water and sky, that first glimpse of land felt unreal.
The final miles were slow and emotional, the kind that make you reflect on everything that happened offshore. Stepping closer to land after living at sea for nearly three weeks changes your sense of time, space, and distance in ways you don’t expect.
