Sailboat on Fire in Luperon, Dominican Republic
October 31, 2021 by Emily & Clark's Adventure | Language: EN Play Time: 00:01:58 | SAILING YOUTUBERS

Early on Sunday, October 31, a boat called Silver Streak caught fire in Luperon Harbor. At the time of this video’s posting, the the owner, Brock, is safe, but fled the boat with essentially nothing—not even clothes on his back.
The fire has been extinguished. The boat has sunk.
We would like to try and help Brock in any way we can. Right now the community of cruisers is working to get him basic things, like shoes and a phone for communication. He is staying on a friend’s boat. We will update the description of this video with information for those who want to help, and hopefully post a follow-up video as we learn more.
TO DONATE TO BROCK:
Brock’s friends Mirjam and Max are collecting donations for him until Brock can regain access to his computer and accounts. He has asked that donations be sent via PayPal to the email address mir_max@hotmail.com.
We will update this description as more information becomes available.
