Our mainsail was cut to ribbons in July after getting blasted with a 50k squall.
In this video we bend on our new mainsail. We were very concerned about whether it would fit or not. After all sending it back to Hong Kong from the Dominican Republic would be difficult in the extreme.
To avoid issues with product placement and advertising, we did not include the cost of the sail in the video. But we bought it from Lee Sails (Hong Kong) and the price of the sail was $2,920 USD. (We also had to pay customs, tax, and delivery.) Lee Sails was kind enough to give us a slight discount on the sail because of our YouTube channel.
