Hi! We are Clark and Emily, living small and intentionally together (currently aboard our 50-year-old sailboat, S/V Temptress, which we fix and maintain ourselves). This is our adventure. Replacing a knot meter pickup / transducer while boat is in the water (SV Temptress Boat Projects)
It is fairly easy to replace a transducer on a boat while in the water. This is a cleanable, removable knot meter being replaced on a heavy-displacement sailboat (about 2.5 ft below the water line).
