Every night at sunset, musicians, magicians, jugglers, street buskers and animal trainers bring Mallory Square in Key West to life. Here are some sights and sounds from January 31, 2018, including Mr. juice the Calypso Tumbler and Dominique the Cat Man.
It is fairly easy to replace a transducer on a boat while in the water. This is a cleanable, removable knot meter being replaced on a heavy-displacement sailboat (about 2.5 ft below the water line).

We thought it was a bird and went up to investigate. Big surprise! How did this rock iguana get onto our boat? Apparently it climbed the anchor chain. Look at him go!
The weather hasn't cooperated, and Clark's recovering from an injury, so we are anchored at Summerland Key for a couple weeks. Tonight I wanted to say hi from my hammock beneath the stars. We're behind schedule, but we're still here. :)

Emily recently learned that sea urchins are edible and has been looking for an opportunity to try one. We went snorkeling today and there were dozens of them around. A local kid thought we were crazy. No one eats them around here. Well, here goes nothin'!
We're going home, and decided to take the train. It was quite cozy! We got a $252 "roomette" on the silver meteor. Two bunks, toilet and sink, and all meals included. Highly recommended!
