After exploring several Dochan Islands, the Dutch Sailing Family set their sights on Samos, a verdant paradise in Eastern Greece. Crossing through a military maneuvering area, they maintained a cautious approach as they sailed smoothly to their destination.
A Relaxed Arrival at Samos
With light winds and the Dutch Sailing Family’s steady navigation, they entered Samos waters confidently. Despite initially using their engine due to unfavorable wind conditions, the journey turned into an enjoyable sail as they neared shore.
An Idyllic Anchor in Samos
The family found a picturesque spot to drop anchor, allowing them to swim and explore the vibrant island. Notably, they spotted a tiny red scooter along the beach – a delightful find.
A Meet-up with Sailing Aon
As they enjoyed their stay in Samos, Dutch Sailing Family encountered Roy and Ellis of the popular YouTube channel ‘Sailing Aon.’ The families shared an unforgettable meal together amid breathtaking scenery and pristine waters.
Cave Exploring and Homeschooling
The family made the most of their visit to Samos by venturing into nearby sea caves. With clear, azure waters enveloping them, they delved into the mysterious depths, further enriching their experience.
