The seventh episode of my Adventure to learn to ride a foil board, this time on the Ozone Chrone Ultralight 18m! A hydrofoil kiteboard video series, starting from no experience on foil boards at all, up to hopefully gybing and tacking along!!
Last episode I used my inflatable North Rebel kites, this time I’m taking my new Ozone Chrono V2 Ultralight 18m out on the water.
I Have my sister to assist and after a few failed waterstart I get up on the foil and ride the super shallow water of al Wakra, Qatar.
At the end of the session I make a steering mistake and.. watch the video to see the rest!
The spot is al Wakra Family Beach in Qatar. Right in the Middle East where I’ve lived for some time now. Amazing conditions for a big part of the year, let’s say October until June!
