SAILING to MADAGASCAR!! Finally…. after 5 years of planning and wanting to sail and explore Madagascar, we are finally on our way.
We experience everything that the elements throw our way. 25-30 knots, rocky, rolls seas, crashing waves, to gorgeous beam reach sailing and calm seas. As we approach mainland Madagascar, we encounter lightning storms surrounding us so take extra care to stay safe.
Our first glimpse of Madagascar is amazing, mountainous, clear waters… We anchor for the night off Nosy Iran, enjoy a delicious fish break (barbecue) and head to Nosy Be, to officially check into the country at Hellville.
Thanks for watching!
Much love,
Captain Robin, Charlotte and sailor girl Moya!
