This episode covers our extended stay at Gili Asahan in the secret Gili Islands off Lombok's south west coast, an incredible and, as yet, unspoiled corner of the world. We LOVED the place and are really happy with how the episode came together to highlight its beauty and charm. This amazing anchorage was so, so incredible we stayed almost two months and could have happily remained longer. The local community is amazingly welcoming to the visiting yachting fraternity, while our temporary island home was as close to living in paradise as we have found. We know our destination videos often don't rate as well as the more challenging sailing ones or anything with a hint of drama but we personally believe this episode is up amongst our best.
