Luckily no operation needed for the ruptured tendon in my left arm. Nice to be back for a while and meet our friends but can’t wait to return to Greatcircle again.
Nice weather though and a lot of sailing going on on the lake. A very special thanks to Nina & Mario of Sailing Seatramp who didn’t only help us to get home but took care of Greatcircle as well as we left her behind.

We’ve reached a major milestone as the very first deck of the brand new Outremer 57 is out of the mould. In the next couple of weeks the engines will be built in and then deck and hulls will be united forever.

After passing the Panama Canal we have to navigate the 850 nm to the Galapagos, in an area where you have to search or wind if you like to sail
