Right in the first couple of weeks after delivery of Greatcircle in Bordeaux the cat was tested in some challenging conditions. Flying from Gibraltar to Ibiza with over 50 knots of wind in the back. May have broken the all time speed record with a Lagoon with 27,2 knots….
Very happy to have an experienced skipper on board in the beginning so we could experience how well the 52S handles even in conditions like this.
Since then Greatcircle has been cruising the Med and we recently decided to join the ARC at the end of 2019.
