All’s well that ends well? After the first scare the cross beam damage and the resulting visits to Canet and Cannes have brought us a lot of positive encounters and developments. Time to continue our journey to the start of the ARC, we should still be able to make it in time. We spend a couple of long days (and nights) sailing towards Moraira on the Spanish mainland. Our route takes us via Mallorca and Ibiza, but this time we only use the islands to catch some sleep.

We’ve reached a major milestone as the very first deck of the brand new Outremer 57 is out of the mould. In the next couple of weeks the engines will be built in and then deck and hulls will be united forever.
