This is part 1 or a 4 part series on replacing the thru hulls on a Lagoon 38 catamaran. In this first part I show how I removed the old thru hulls and fittings. In part 2 I will show glassing in the holes from thru hulls no longer needed, in part 3 I show what I did to prepare to install all the new parts including making fiberglass backing plates, and finally in part 4 I show how I installed all the new hardware.
