In episode 202, we head over to the west side of Florida and visit Sarasota for the first time. We stayed at the Westin hotel and explored the nearby marina, enjoyed dinner at Marina Jack’s. The following day, we went on a kayak tour with Sea Life Kayak Adventures in search of manatees and a mangrove tour. Later that day, we toured the Ringling Museum and grounds. Thanks for following our Boating Journey. We sold our home, our business and our first boat so we could move onto a liveaboard boat. We sold our 2002 Bayliner 4087 Aft Cabin MY that we moored at Elliott Bay Marina in July 2020 during the pandemic. In 2022, we moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL to be closer to boating opportunities. Our goal is to find a liveaboard slip within the next year and also share with our viewers different ways to can spend time on the water if you don't own a boat. We travel to the Caribbean every year and for 2022, we have chartered a bare boat catamaran and we're headed to the BVIs. Stay tuned!
