Ep 298 Newport Boat Show
I (Ally) attended the Newport International Boat Show in beautiful Newport, Rhode Island for work (26 North Yachts)—and it was my first time visiting! I spent three days exploring the show solo, touring some incredible yachts including the 38 Sabre Salon Express and the sleek Delta Powerboats 48 Coupe. I also took time to walk the wharf and check out the lively waterfront scene that makes Newport such a boating paradise.
This show had it all—classic New England charm, luxury yachts, and a ton of boating inspiration. I can’t wait to come back with Scott to experience more of Newport’s coastal beauty and maritime history.

Boating Journey
Thanks for following our Boating Journey. We sold our home, our business and our first boat so we could move onto a liveaboard boat. We sold our 2002 Bayliner 4087 Aft Cabin MY that we moored at Elliott Bay Marina in July 2020 during the pandemic. In 2022, we moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL to be closer to boating opportunities. Our goal is to find a liveaboard slip within the next year and also share with our viewers different ways to can spend time on the water if you don't own a boat. We travel to the Caribbean every year and for 2022, we have chartered a bare boat catamaran and we're headed to the BVIs. Stay tuned!
