Sailing for the first time .........
Easter weekend, sailing for the first time in over a year, and the first time ever that Amandine has left the dock with Labyrinth. A chilly but bright sunny day and a good breeze left us both beaming huge smiles. It was so good to finally let go the lines and leave the harbour.

Big Ocean Small Boat
13,000 kilometers under our keel already, with our 3/4 tonner Nicholson that was built in the UK 45 years ago as a race boat. With several Atlantic crossings under her belt we're now going for the big one. A circumnavigation. Partnered with OceanOps, an association supported by UNESCO, we'll be providing ocean data as we make our way around the world. This data is used by a host of operations,, some of which keep the flow of freight across our oceans moving seamlessly. Most of us at some point use items that have travelled by sea, food, household items, cars and raw materials all cross oceans by sea. Also this data is used to monitor changes in our climate.
