How to: Build a Hardtop for a Hurricane Damaged Catamaran Part 3 (S2 E17 Barefoot Sail and Dive)
In this weeks episode of Barefoot Sail and Dive we continue with our project of building a hardtop for our hurricane damaged catamaran!
It is a huge project and after a few set backs we are finally moving forward!
Last week you saw us pull out the epoxy form we started to make … don’t worry we have come up with a plan to use it for ceiling panels! It will not be thrown away!
Working with polyester resin is definitely different but we have finished the first half of the hard top with it! And it came easily out of the mold! The second half is much smaller so hopefully we are nearly ready to install it and have SHADE on the boat!
Our little foster puppy loves to be the centre of attention. She constantly barks whenever the camera is not on her!

From repairing fibreglass, fixing electronics, cleaning up the cosmetics and many many more jobs, this new phase of our adventure is going to be very exciting.
