In this episode of Barefoot Sail and Dive we continue working on one of the major damage spots on the spots. The port side of the boat definitely had some impact during the hurricane in Nanny Quay. It looks like it was a big scrape past the boat, could it have been the mast or boom hitting it when it came off? Either way it needs to be fixed!
Using the Gelcoat Peeler that we received last week we are able to peel back many layers to find the good glass. It makes the process go a lot faster! You’re only as good as your tools so they say!
It definitely is looking worse before it gets better!
