Earthquake in Lombok | 22° South | Ep.25
On this episode we do something different.
When we were cruising in Indonesia, an earthquake happened, yes another one, its been too many this year, Indonesian people has suffered too much, it’s unfair, horrible, heart breaking, there are no words to describe it or understand it.
Since Lombok was one of our stops, one couple, Kimi and Trevor from S/V Slow Flight decided to do something about it and give something back to the community that so much love gave to them on this trip.
They used their own money to finance the project of building a school after the whole neighbourhood was destroyed.
They stayed in land, put a side their plans with sailing and commit to stay until the project was finished.
This is a emotional video, those ones worth it to make and that makes you realise how lucky we are to have what we have.
