Prepped the gas tank for powder coating.

In this video I go into details about what I decided to do with the BMW now that I know it runs and drives.

Today I built a set of custom throttle cables using the Venhill Universal Split Dual Throttle Motorcycle Cable Kit and a NIBBI Universal Aluminum CNC 7/8" Throttle. Overall it was a pretty easy setup, it just took some time.

Inspected and cleaned the carbs enough to try and see if I can get the BMW to turn over.

The correct size battery came in and I am able to check the compression on the high mileage BMW.

Today I worked on getting 12v through the system and checking to see if I could get the starter engaged. A proper size battery is on order as no one has them in stock in Charlotte.
