We find ourselves 2 days away from The Big Left Turn: leaving the Pacific Northwest to sail down the coast of the United States in our first offshore passage. And nothing (nothing) goes to plan.

Come join us for 15 minutes of anxiety! In this episode we have to move our boat without an engine (including docking it), and we get our first haul out and put Via on the hard. Whew!

Pretty much any boat owners worst nightmare: we find a salt water leak in the boat that requires immediate attention, and fixing it does *not* go to plan. At all.

In this episode we fully cut our ties with land life and FINALLY get to push off the dock. Come sail away with us as we travel from the San Juans to Seattle to make final preps for heading offshore!

We FINALLY push off the dock and complete an intensive 10 days of work! And just when we thought we were out of the woods, another unexpected situation unfolds. We just have to laugh as we take this one on!
