Super Dave gave us some lessons on the metal lathe and helped out a couple of weekends and between the 3 of us we have almost all of the hull components ready. And even our bad part passed the 2000 psi pressure test.

It's asking a lot of our CNC plasma/router table but with help from Super Dave we turned it into a successful CNC lathe so we could mill the grooves in our home make propeller blades that will fit our Hundested Controllable Pitch Propeller system.

If we get this one part right it will save us from buying $3,400 of parts from Hundested. Great to pay for the lathe with the first part!
