Just a typical evening.

Jade and I have improved our freediving tremendously, so much so that pretty soon we're going to get hurt or worse. Sooner or later we need get certified.

Saying goodbye is hard, especially when it's goodbye to a beautiful, magical, memorable place. So it's time to pack up and move out, away from hurricanes.

We are making our way west through the Bahamas on an expedited schedule, attempting to use all the wind we can before it runs out.

This lifestyle takes a lot. It pushes comfort zones. Out here you will find sort of personalities that are left after a sort of multi step filtration process..

Surviving on a Deserted Island with our hand spear, and bare hands...let do this. We're low on Fuel, Food, and Wind but we have sunshine and time...

Sailing our Home back HOME to the USA is something. And once we're there, well it's time to get it done and get OUT! Reprovisioning, resupplying, and resting.

This is the final day before all hell breaks loose and we are engulfed in the most wicked storm of our lives. But more on that to come :)

Thunder and lightning surround the boat, waves and crashing over the bow threatening to rip off the dodger and bimini, wind is whipping up to 50+ knots.

For any passage there’s hundreds of things to prepare and we missed one, a big one!

We get to work tearing out some old instruments and find something fishy with our Rudder. Great.

We find more factory damage as we dive into our swim step- and you know us, we'll keep on grinding!

We are putting our new bottom paint at an educated guess location based on where the staining on the gelcoat. We scuffed up the gelcoat, cleaned it, and slapped.

Getting Eva back in the water was a SLOG! Between sickness, more sickness, rain and visiting in-laws it was a bit rough. (joking about the MIL, she's great).
