A quiet weekend alone spent in our tiny floating home. Jonas took a weekend trip away from the boat to visit some family. I spent the weekend enjoying our little sailboat and doing some schoolwork and chores!

I made use of our tiny-but-functional kitchen to bake up some delicious cinnamon buns and enjoy some hearty meals!

Because we live in such a small space, it can be a luxury to have some time apart from each other and “stretch out” into the whole of the boat, especially when we have schoolwork or other projects due that require lots of focus, time and attention!

Spring has arrived here on the west coast and we are both grateful to be seeing the first flowers and greenery come back to the neighbourhood!
