Driving Across the Country / Van Life in the Mountains / Canada Road Trip

It was a little chilly for our first van-life night in the mountains on our drive across the country! We were lucky to find a good camping spot and tested out our Mr Heater Little Buddy propane heater to keep the van nice and warm! We cooked up some potato-and-egg-hash and were actually able to get enough cell service to watch a bit of Netflix while out in the bush!

Our van is a 1998 Mitsubishi Delica, originally built in Japan. It is the L400 model with a V6 Gasoline engine, 4×4, locking rear differentials for better off-road performance and plenty of room in the back for our conversion! We also have a large metal roof rack and ladder that will allow us to carry more cargo.
