We have lived on this little boat for more than a year and it has been a good home for us. This video tries to show a real, honest day in our life living and working aboard. We are very lucky to be able to moor the boat in an urban environment, which allows us to commute to work and school using public transit. It also puts us close to amenities like the gym, grocery stores, restaurants and more!

This day is an example of what 80% of our days living aboard look like: wake up, make coffee, drink coffee, go to work/school, hopefully get into the gym, eat some grub and then hit the hay! We are looking forward to longer days in the summertime and hope to get some longer stints of time off, but until then, this is what we will be up to!

If you are new to the channel, Blue Moon is a 1978 Catalina 30 sailing vessel which we acquired in 2020. One year later we decided it was time for a road trip and built out a 1998 Delica to drive across the country. Now we live aboard the boat full-time, take weekend trips in the van, and explore this beautiful world.

Thanks for watching!
